Conference Terms and Conditions

Payments

All payments must be made prior to the conference start date.

Delegate cancellation of conference fees

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before 31 August 2018 and will be subject to an administration fee of £129.

For cancellations received from the 1 September 2018, no refund of fees may be expected.

Substitutions of Delegates

Delegates may be substituted at any time. Where substitutions take place from 1 September 2018 a £59 administration fee will be charged.
